The church campus shares a common boundary with Lee University and it is natural therefore for the church to concern itself with the large student population of our community. We offer a Thursday night service called THIRST which begins with Panera Bagels and Starbucks Coffee at 6:30 p.m. and then moves to worship at 7 p.m. We also offer a Sunday School class at 10:00 a.m. in room C504 where students gather for coffee and the Word of God in community with other believers their age.

Our weekly services are broken down into 3 categories every month, "Nights of Worship," "Nights of the Cross," and "Nights of Action." Each week is designed for one specific purpose:

"Nights of Worship" are defined by the title. We gather these weeks for the typical structure of music and sermon. Not to mention the coffee, bagels, cereal, and milk!

"Nights of the Cross" are nights designed to remember the work of Jesus, His love, mercy, and forgiveness. Most of these nights are centered around prayer, soft music, and a wooden cross that lies in the center of the room as a visual reminder of Christ's death and resurrection.

"Nights of Action" are nights that we either take action by helping the "last and the least" in our local community, who Jesus refers to in Matthew 25, or we hold a benefit concert to raise funds for a specific cause i.e., the Blood:Water Mission organization building clean water wells in Africa. This Spring 2008 we will be partnering with One Verse, a Bible Translation/Seed Company, to raise funds so that people groups who have never seen a Bible translated into their native language will have one for the first time!
