WIN. Evangelizing those that are outside the group. The cell must reach the lost. Its goal is to carry out the Great Commission, which is the desire of God’s heart.

CONSOLIDATE. Strengthen the faith of the new believer helping them with their first steps in the Christian life.

DISCIPLE. The whole process of training is continued until the people enter the School of Leaders so that in a year they will become cell leaders.

SEND. If the work is done correctly through the cells, there will be more effective growth because of the anointing for multiplication.

PRE-ENCOUNTER:
The new disciple is taken to the Pre-encounter class, where he is prepared for the three-day Encounter. The Pre-encounter is essential for the Encounter to be of maximum value and success.

Goal: To lead the new believer through basic steps of the Christian faith. The goal is to assure him of his salvation, explain the benefits of the Cross and the power of God to deliver and prepare the new believer for the Encounter.

THE ENCOUNTER:

An encounter with Jesus is the most beautiful experience any human being can have. When God created human beings He left an empty place in their hearts so that man would seek for his happiness to be complete. That emptiness can only be filled through the Lord Jesus Christ. The patriarch Job exclaimed "Oh, that I knew where I might find Him, that I might come to His seat! I would present my case before him" (Job 23:3-4). The Encounter is the first experience of coming face to face with God and His Word. It also confronts you and your past and uproots its negative influences totally from your life. You will be able to reflect on your daily life and in faith plan for a better future.

POST-ENCOUNTER:

To show the disciple, just back from the Encounter, how to deal with the attacks of Satan. It will also teach the disciple how to relate to the world, friends and problems and how to overcome temptation, the flesh, sin, the world and the devil.

Many people lose their way after the Encounter. Satan prepares a counter-attack after having lost ground in their lives. The newly encountered person needs to be equipped to resist these attacks. The introduction of the four-week Post-encounter teaching produced greater fruit. People who go on Encounters are also given an extended three-month period of spiritual assistance. This has resulted in an unprecedented increase in the retention of new believers.

SCHOOL OF LEADERS:

The School of Leaders is a three tri-mester discipleship program where students commit to becoming a leader in the area of their giftedness. The classes meet for two hours (6:30 – 8:30) on Wednesday evenings in Room 401. In the School of Leaders, true disciples are formed and passion is imparted to win souls. The culture and virtues of the Kingdom of God are taught so that each believer will begin embracing them as a way of life. The vision of the church is explained so that believers can find a place in the vision and discover their destinies and gifts. A passion for souls and a strategy of prayer for souls is presented so that they operate in the power of the vision. Therefore, participants will learn the strategy of cells and develop their own team of twelve.

At the conclusion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of ministry and placed in an area of ministry opportunity according to their giftedness. They will be prepared to fulfill Christ’s call upon their lives.

SMALL "CELL" GROUPS:
The apostles of the New Testament could never have achieved what they did without a cell church vision. For example, in Jerusalem on the Day of Pentecost, 3,000 people were added to the church. They were all baptized in water and they all continued steadfast in the faith. They were all taught in the apostles’ doctrine. They were all faithful in prayer, witness and were all a committed part of the fellowship. There are many reasons for the success of the early church but without a doubt one of the most significant of these in the Jerusalem church was their cell emphasis.

Cells are small groups of people who meet together weekly in order to disciple each other and reach out to those who do not know Christ. The weekly meetings of the cell groups should be one of the most exciting and spiritually challenging events that a Christian can participate in. While the structure of each cell group meeting will vary from group to group, the basic format will center around three focal points: (1) Relationship building, (2) Bible study and discussion, and (3) Mutual ministry.
